Rum/Bourbon and Coca Cola Signature Mixers Smoky Notes
Ingredients
  • 50ml
    Rum or Bourbon
  • 125ml
    Coca-Cola Signature Mixers Smoky Notes
  • 3 Large
    Ice Cubes
  • Garnish
    Orange peel

Method

Fill a tall glass with a minimum of three large ice cubes.
Measure 50ml of rum into the glass.
Top up with 125ml of Coca‑Cola Signature Mixers Smoky Notes.
Cut into an orange using a paring knife, digging just deep enough so you do not take too much of the white pith.
With a smooth, even motion, roll the orange around your hand; cutting a wide strip of the peel with the knife as you go. Stop when you have the desired length.
Place the peel on a chopping board and cut into the orange peel to create a fringed effect, then arrange into your desired shape.
Place the orange peel on the side of the glass so that half of the garnish is visible and half is placed within the serve.
